Why I Built This

Seven years ago, I left my corporate career and my business to care for my husband full time through a terminal illness. Two years after he died, I woke up with no income, no path, no one to consult, and a lost sense of who I was. I was nearly broke.
I prayed for a way forward, and I found an ad for a masterclass on women investing in real estate. Saying yes to that room changed my life and my family's life.
I was told the only way to own a short-term rental was to hand twenty to thirty percent of my income to a property manager. I refused, and I built a self-managed model instead. In under two and a half years, my portfolio grew into the millions. Today it is approaching eight figures.
